Fabrication of bamboo-shaped GaN nanorods

Bamboo-shaped GaN nanorods were formed through a simple sublimation method. They were characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and selected-area electron diffraction (SAED). The TEM image showed that the nanorods were bamboo-like. XRD, HRTEM and SAED patterns indicated that the nanorods were single-crystal wurtzite GaN. The moire topography based on optical logic operation

The optical logic-operated moire,which is proposed on the basis of optical logicoperation,is a new method to obtain specific moire beat pattern.Its advantages lie in the ca-pability to select carrier-free,sharpened fringes with high contrast.The experimental methodand results of the application of the optical logic-operared moire in moire topography are pre-sented in this paper.     

硫酰胺的快速分析（Ⅱ） 

硫酰胺生产过程中副产的大量氯化铵要干扰硫酰胺的测定，采用四苯硼钠将全部氯化铵呈沉淀析出，再用次溴酸钠把滤液中的硫酰胺分解成氮气，测其体积，计算出硫酰胺的含量。对样品进行测定的结果表明，该法重现性好、准确度高、分析周期在３５ｍｉｎ内，相对误差在±１％以内。     

带框形约束的线性规划问题的鞍点法

根据作者最近提出的求解线性规划问题的鞍点法[3],本文对带框形约束的问题 min c~Tx, s,t A_x=b, l≤x≤h,给出简单的迭代公式.该法的主要优点是它的强收敛性和它的迭代公式非常容易实现.     

准直孔法改善束流品质初探

本文提出了用准直孔结合调节束流导引磁场获得较好品质强流电子束的方法,运用该方法在1.5MeV直线感应加速器(LIA)进行了试验,结果准直束流前后沿明显减小,束亮度提高几倍;同时,用此方法测出了束密度及束亮度的径向分布.

介绍用光学方法完成留数算术中的数值/留数/数值的转换,并附有实验结果。     

两步相移实现投影栅相位测量轮廓术

提出一种新的投影栅相位测量方法--两步相移法。该方法只需两幅相移条纹图，因此计算量小，速度快。给出了实验及计算结果，并同四步相移法进行了比较，证明了该方法具有较高的精度。     

有限秩的幂零p-群的p-自同构

设G是一个有限秩的幂零p-群,α和β是G的两个p-自同构,记I= ((αβ(g))(βα(g))-1)|g∈G),则(i)当I是有限循环群时,α和β生成一个有限P-群; (ii)当I是拟循环p-群时,α和β生成一个可解的剩余有限P-群,它是有限生成的无挠幂零群被有限p-群的扩张．     

Superconvergence of discontinuous Galerkin finite element method for the stationary Navier‐Stokes equations

This article focuses on discontinuous Galerkin method for the two‐ or three‐dimensional stationary incompressible Navier‐Stokes equations. The velocity field is approximated by discontinuous locally solenoidal finite element, and the pressure is approximated by the standard conforming finite element. Then, superconvergence of nonconforming finite element approximations is applied by using least‐squares surface fitting for the stationary Navier‐Stokes equations. The method ameliorates the two noticeable disadvantages about the given finite element pair.
